Laggy / delayed scroll on trackpad flick in neovim/neovide

Two things that may have caused this for me:

• hlchunk.nvim: disabling helps
• set mousescroll=ver:1,hor:1: set it on anything > 1, 2 sometimes still has hick-ups for me.
